Windows 2012 R2 has itselft HyperV 2012 R2 as optional role to add.
(licensing give you the ability to have 2 licensed VM windows 2012 R2)
The other solution is to download free HyperV 2012 R2 that has identical funcion but it's for free.
In this case you need VM licensingo so, this solution, could be good to consolidate old server or Vmware Virtual maching.
