Mi è capitato il seguente problema.
Ho disinstallato Google Chrome ma ogni volta che provato a reinstallarlo appariva il messaggio precedente:
"Nel sistema è stata rilevata un'installazione di Google Chrome o di Google Chrome Frame in conflitto. Disinstallala e riprova"
Ho risolto applicando i workaround a livello di registro menzionati nel seguente articolo
