Print Server - Windows 7 cannot connect to the printer 0x0000007e

On 32 bit pcs when they tried to add a shared printer from print server we got this error 0x0000007e

PROBLEM: Windows 7 64-bit stations can not add HP LaserJet P4015n from print serverWindows Server 2003 R2 showing the error 0x000007e

SOLUTION: On the print server, delete the registry key

"HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Print\Printers\[PrinterName]\CopyFiles\BIDI"

CAUSE: The station of user was trying to access a path that the 64-bit operating systems do not recognize as valid: "spool\drivers\w32x86\3". This path is set in the printer settings on the Print Server.
